针对乳化液泵检测过程中能耗高、能源浪费严重的问题,提出了一种具有功率回收功能的新型检测系统方案,介绍了该方案的工作原理,并通过软件仿真分析了该方案的可行性与功率回收性能。仿真结果证明该系统满足检测标准的要求并可以高效地回收能量,较大程度地降低了能源消耗和装机功率。
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and serious waste of energy in the process of emulsion pump detection, a new detection system scheme with power recovery function was proposed. The working principle of the scheme was introduced. The feasibility of the scheme was analyzed by software simulation With power recovery performance. Simulation results show that the system meets the requirements of testing standards and can recover energy efficiently, which greatly reduces the energy consumption and installed power.
