结合中铁二十局集团石武客运专线河南段项目部二分部轨道板厂的建厂和生产情况,介绍CRTSⅡ型轨道板厂的厂房总体布置和8个生产及生活区的建设情况;轨道板生产的设施、设备建设情况;CRTSⅡ型轨道板生产过程中钢筋热缩管加工、焊接接地装置、钢筋网片制做、模板清理、钢筋网片入模、预应力筋张拉、混凝土浇筑、拉毛、养护,预应力筋放张、切割、毛坯板脱模、运输,轨道板翻转、打磨及安装扣件,成品板的出板堆放和检测的技术和物流组织方案。
