JJG536-1998《旋光仪及旋光糖量计》检定规程规定,示值误差为旋光仪主要检定项目。利用式(1)计算标准旋光管t℃下旋光度的标准值:αt℃=α20℃〔1+0.000144(t-20)〕(1)式中:αt℃——在测量温度下标准旋光管的旋光度,°;α20℃——20℃时标准旋光管的旋光度,°;t——测量时标准旋光管的温度,℃。由式(1)可见,标准旋光管t℃下的标准值与温度密切相关,是仪器示值误差检定结果的重要影响因素。因此,JJG536-1998要求检定过程中必须测量并记录标准旋光管温度。然而实践中笔者发现,要真正实
