学校工作头绪纷繁,校长不可能事必躬亲,且由于知识面的局限,更无法越俎代庖,这就向我们提出了一个问题:怎样做才能把学校办好,使教学质量提高较快,各个方面同步快上? 我认为最根本的一条就是要提高校长自身的决策指挥能力和教学管理水平。要善于管理——要善于把握普遍有效的或牵一发而动全身、出一马而胜全局的管理方法。这样,才能“酿美妙乐谱于脑,出悦耳琴声于手”,使校长心中的计划变为广大教师的自觉行动,从而结出累累的教学之果!
There is a lot of school work, and the principal can’t possibly attend the ceremony. Because of the limitations of the knowledge, it is even more difficult to do it. This raises us a question: What can we do to make the school better, and to improve the quality of teaching? ? I think the most fundamental one is to improve the principal’s decision-making ability and teaching management. To be good at management – to be good at grasping the management methods that are generally effective or involve the whole body and make a whole victory. In this way, it will be able to “brews a beautiful musical score on the brain and delights the ears with the sound of the ear.” This makes the plan in the principal’s mind become the conscious action of the teachers and results in a fruitful teaching!
