应用解淀粉芽孢杆菌TCCC 11319的发酵酶液制成的酶粉来处理制革固体废弃物:裸皮屑、原料皮屑、铬革屑和浸灰皮屑,并从酶解温度、p H、酶浓度3个方面初步确定其最佳酶解条件,为后期制革固体废弃物酶法处理工艺的开发奠定基础。通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)进一步分析了废弃物酶解液中氨基酸成分,为后续酶解产物的进一步应用提供理论依据。
