财务管理是企业经济管理的中心。加强财务管理,强化企业财务管理的职责,特别是股份制集团公司,更应根据国家财会的法律法规,制定和完善企业内部制度,参照国际惯例在企业内部形成既有明确职责分工,又能密切协作的组织体系,非常必要。财务管理的发展史告诉我们,财务管理发展的动力来自财务管理环境的变迁。而面对入世后股份制企业财务管理应如何提升和发展,笔者认为应重点做好以下几方面工作。
