高等学校是培养高素质、创新型人才的摇篮,应该在树立和践行社会主义荣辱观方面走在社会前列。本文阐述了社会主义荣辱观与师风师德的关系,深入学习社会主义荣辱观为师德师风建设赋予的新内涵,充分认识师风师德建设的重要性和紧迫性。把践行社会主义荣辱观教育与建立社会主义的新师德观紧密结合起来,牢固树立社会主义荣辱观,积极推进师德建设,并通过有效的途径和措施落在实处,增强广大教师教书育人的责任感和使命感,使我院的师德师风建设再上一个新台阶。
Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating high-quality and innovative talents and should be at the forefront of society in establishing and practicing the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. This essay elaborates the relationship between socialist concept of honor and disgrace and the morality of teachers, deepens the study of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, gives new connotation to the construction of teachers’ morality, and fully understands the importance and urgency of the construction of teacher morality. Closely integrate the practice of education on the socialist concept of honor and disgrace with the new concept of morality in building socialism, firmly establish the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and actively promote the construction of teachers’ morality, and implement effective ways and measures to enhance the teaching and education of teachers People’s sense of responsibility and sense of mission, so that our hospital building a teacher’s moral qualities to a new level.
