当前我国的社会主义经济建设正处在蓬勃发展的关键时期,需要大量的人才建设来支撑和促进经济的不断发展,我国的人力资源与经济布局之间是相辅相成互相制约的发展关系。在当今这个以人为本的新时代,人力资源的分布状况直接影响着我国区域经济的发展状况,区域人才素质的高低决定着区域经济的发展,只有拥有高素质高技能的人才,才能促进区域经济的全面快速发展。同样,经济的发展状况也影响着人力资源的发展,良好的经济发展能给人才的培育提供更多的资金支持,促进人才的素质水平和专业技能的不断提高,同时良好的经济发展能给人力资源的构建完善带来更多的培训和学习机会,提高人才培育的整体水平,本文笔者致力于分析我国的人力资源和经济布局的制约关系,首先浅析了目前我国的人力资源现状和经济布局现状,从而进一步探究人力资源与经济布局互相制约的表现,提出推动经济发展的人力资源措施,进一步促进我国的社会主义经济建设的发展和完善,同时也促进我国不同地区的经济发展水平的提高。
