目的:研究亲水性大颗粒喷砂酸蚀表面种植体在上颌前牙区即刻负重的临床效果。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的上颌前牙区部分牙缺失的患者48例作为研究对象,所有患者共计植入62颗亲水大颗粒喷砂酸蚀表面种植体,分别观察种植后各个时间段骨细胞黏附情况。对比治疗后各个时间段患者的咀嚼能效。结果:随着时间的推移,患者种植体表面骨细胞内骨架蛋白水平明显增高,骨细胞形状因子水平明显降低(P<0.05);患者的满意度评分以及辅助发音稳定性评分呈明显上升趋势(P<0.05);术后1周种植体稳定商值表现为逐渐上升,第3周时下降,而后逐渐上升,至12周时与术中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用亲水性大颗粒喷砂酸蚀表面种植体在上颌前牙区即刻负重具有较好的疗效。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of instant grafting of hydrophilic large-particle sandblasting surface implants in the anterior maxilla. Methods: Forty-eight patients with partial maxillary anterior maxilla in our hospital were enrolled. All patients were implanted with a total of 62 hydrophilic large particles of surface-etched surface implants, Osteocyte adhesion. Comparing patients after chewable energy efficiency at various time points. Results: With the passage of time, the level of skeletal cellular protein in osteoblasts was significantly increased and the shape factor of osteocytes was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The scores of patients’ satisfaction and the stability of accessory pronunciation were significantly increased (P < (P <0.05). At 1 week after operation, the stability quotient of implants increased gradually and decreased at the third week, then gradually increased. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) at 12 weeks. CONCLUSION: Hydrophilic large-particle sandblasting surface implants have good curative effect in immediate anterior maxilla area.
