知识经济作为一种新的经济形态,也有其不足的一面。其可能出现的问题有:知识体系的不均衡发展;普遍性的失业;新的分配不公;社会经济系统的更大不稳定性等。对此,国家应积极干预,采取一些相应的对策,以防患于未然。另外,知识经济将为知识社会并进而为共产主义社会的到来提供一系列准备。据此,笔者提出了一些关于未来共产主义社会特征的若干设想。
As a new economic form, knowledge economy also has its shortcomings. The possible problems are: the unbalanced development of the knowledge system; the widespread unemployment; the new unfair distribution; the greater instability of the social and economic system. In response, the state should actively intervene to take some appropriate measures to prevent accidents. In addition, the knowledge economy will provide a range of preparations for a knowledge society and, in turn, the arrival of a communist society. Accordingly, I put forward a number of ideas about the characteristics of the future communist society.
