目的调查沧州市水产品市场中副溶血性弧菌的分布情况,为沧州市食源性疾病和食物中毒监测提供科学依据。方法依据2008—2011年国家食源性疾病检测网工作手册,在2008—2011年对沧州市共计140份水产品进行副溶血性弧菌检测。药敏试验采用E-test试纸条检测方法,分离菌株进行耐药试验及脉冲场凝胶电泳分型。结果共检测样品140份,检出副溶血性弧菌18株,总阳性率为12.9%。海产品中检出率占阳性菌株的38.9%。该菌对氯霉素、氟哌酸、复方诺明、庆大霉素、卡那霉素敏感,对痢特灵耐药。结论沧州市因副溶血性弧菌污染引起的食物中毒的食品多数为海鱼、蟹、虾、贝类等海产品;另外,在市售过程中与淡水产品混卖,可能引起二次污染,卫生监督部门应加大对水产品流通、销售和餐饮的管理,防止食物中毒的发生。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products market in Cangzhou and provide a scientific basis for monitoring foodborne diseases and food poisoning in Cangzhou. Methods According to the National Foodborne Disease Testing Network Workbook 2008-2011, a total of 140 aquatic products were tested for Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Cangzhou City from 2008 to 2011. Drug susceptibility test using E-test strip test method, isolates were tested for resistance and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis typing. Results A total of 140 samples were tested, 18 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected, the total positive rate was 12.9%. The detection rate of seafood accounted for 38.9% of the positive strains. The bacteria on chloramphenicol, norfloxacin, norepinephrine, gentamicin, kanamycin sensitive to furazolidone resistance. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Cangzhou is mostly marine products such as marine fish, crab, shrimp and shellfish. In addition, the marketing of freshwater products may cause secondary pollution and sanitation Supervision departments should increase the circulation of aquatic products, sales and catering management to prevent food poisoning.
