目的 :研究脑缺血海马ATP含量变化与ATP酶活性变化的关系及低温的影响.方法 :沙鼠前脑缺血再灌注模型 ,脑缺血时间 10分钟.测定脑缺血 10分钟、再灌注 3 0分钟和 60分钟时海马突触体ATP和ATP酶活性的变化.结果 :脑缺血后ATP和ATP酶活性明显下降 (P“,”Objective:TostudytherelationshipbetweenthechangesofATPcontentandATPaseactivitiesaftercerebral ischemia.Methods:Theischemiawasinducedbyocclusionbothcommoncarotidarteriesfor 10minutesingerbils.ATP contentandNa+,K+ ATPaseactivitywereassasyedfollowingischemiaandreperfusioningerbils.Results:TheATPcon tentofthehippocampusinnormothermicreperfusion (3 7℃ )groupafterischemiawasremarkablylowerthanthatinsham operatedgroup .CerebralischemialedtoasignificantreductionofNa+,K+ ATPaseactivityinnormothermicreperfusion group .BothATPcontentandATPaseactivityinhypothermic (3 2℃ )groupwerehigherthanthoseinnormothermicgroupfollowing 60minutesreperfusion .ThechangesofCa2 + ATPaseactivityweresimilartothatofNa+,K+ ATPase.Conclu sion :ItissuggestedthathypothermictreatmentcouldleadtoquickerrecoveryofATPcontentandATPaseactivityduringis chemiaandreperfusion ,whichcouldbeoneofthemechanismsreducingischemia/reperfusioninjury .
