通过调查,我们发现在“厂中校”顶岗实习中学生党建工作主要存在着入党积极分子多,党员少;支部管理职能难以有效实施;支部培养教育机制不能适应新的教学改革;入党积极分子、党员的先锋模范作用难以发挥等问题。因此,我们提出要通过“校企共创”形成学生党员发展的合力;“校企共建”实现工作阵地的拓展;“校企共举”完善学生党员培育机制共同应对学生党建工作面临的新形势。
