In this paper, we consider the global exponential synchronization of a class of cou-pled identical fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with time-varying delays. By using M-matrix theory, a set of su?cient conditions are developed to guarantee the synchronization of the coupled time delayed FCNNs under less restrictive condi-tions. Our results do not require differentiability of varying-time delays. Therefore a more extensive application domain for the chaotic synchronization of FCNNs is provided. Finally, simulation examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of the obtained conditions.
