通过分析变电站现场培训工作存在的问题现状,提出编制变电站现场培训教材的必要性、方法及内容,探讨变电站现场培训教材的运用和推广,以适应电网发展的需要,培养符合现代电力安全生产要求的变电运行人才,提高运行值班员岗位技能、专业技术水平和运行管理能力,确保电网系统安全稳定运行。
By analyzing the current situation of substation training, this paper puts forward the necessity, method and content of preparing on-site training materials for substation and discusses the application and promotion of on-site training materials for substation in order to meet the needs of power grid development and train the requirements of modern power safety production Transformer operation personnel, improve the operational staff positions skills, professional skills and operational management capabilities to ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.
