为进一步加强食盐质量安全管理,树立中盐品牌形象,保证食盐安全,按照中盐总公司相关部署,中盐福建公司从2015年1月开始,全面推行食品安全HACCP体系建设工作,并于2015年9月23日通过了HACCP体系第三方认证。公司通过将HACCP体系建设与ISO9000质量管理体系有效整合,进一步规范管理、夯实质量安全管理基础,使公司食盐质量安全管理迈上了一个新的台阶。通过HACCP体系的有效运行,进而提高食盐质量安全保障能力。
In order to further strengthen the management of salt quality and safety, establish the salt brand image and ensure the salt safety, according to the relevant deployment of China National Salt Company, COSCO Fujian Company started the construction of HACCP system for food safety from January 2015 and implemented the full implementation of HACCP system in 2015 September 23 passed the HACCP system third-party certification. By effectively integrating the construction of HACCP system and ISO9000 quality management system, the Company further standardizes its management and complies with the foundation of quality and safety management, bringing the company’s salt quality and safety management to a new level.
