近十多年来,各国医务人员从各个不同的角度对经颅多普勒(TCD)在诊断蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后血管痉挛方面的应用进行了大量的研究。结果表明:TCD作为SAH后血管痉挛的诊断工具具有非损伤、方便以及有相当的可靠性,特别是在大脑中动脉上的测量,同时也注意到可能产生相当程度的假阴性,并对其产生原因进行了研究。目前在SAH后血管痉挛的诊断中,TCD仍是最佳选择之一。
For more than a decade, medical personnel from various countries have done a great deal of research on the application of transcranial Doppler (TCD) in the diagnosis of vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) from different perspectives. The results showed that TCD as a diagnostic tool for vasospasm after SAH is non-invasive, convenient and has considerable reliability, especially in the measurement of the middle cerebral artery, and also notes that it may produce a considerable degree of false negatives and its production The reason has been studied. Currently in the diagnosis of vasospasm after SAH, TCD is still one of the best options.
