广东省新会市机电成人中专学校前身是农机培训学校,1994年9月经省人民政府批准,国家教委备案,在农机学校基础上成立成人中专学校。创办成人中专学校以来,在上级主管部门的重视关怀下,特别是在教育、成教部门的关心指导下,学校领导班子带领全校教职员工团结拼搏,艰苦创业,使学校从一所师资力量薄弱、教学设备简陋、办学条件较差的学校变成一所颇具规模、管理严、校风好、质量较高的理工类成人中专学校,1999年被省高教厅评定为省级示范性成人中专学校。回顾学校的发展历程,我们的主要做法和体会是:
