教师素质的提升不仅关系到教师和学生个人价值的实现与提升,更是承载了我国教育振兴和民族振兴的希望。在新一轮课程改革的背景下,中学思想政治教师的专业发展要求日趋紧迫,而教师的专业发展依赖于多个主体的综合作用,本文从教师自身的角度切入来探析新课程背景下中学思想政治教师的专业发展。
