前几天在电视上看到一个著名养生节目的主持人问“为什么有些素食者也会出现血脂异常、动脉硬化?”营养专家解释说:因为素食者总吃素,心里不快乐,而不快乐身体代谢就不好,因此出现血脂高等问题。这位专家的回答实在令人失望。按照专家的观点,吃素是痛苦的,吃肉才快乐,这种看法太局限、太偏激了!
