对于设计院而言,最核心的资源就是人才。它决定了设计院的竞争力,关乎到设计院的持续发展。科学的人力资源管理有助于设计院实现自身的发展目标。然而,当下国内的许多设计院在人力资源管理方面存在着制度不健全、人才流失严重、绩效考核不合理等众多问题,致使其在人才管理与使用上漏洞百出。针对这种现状,本文结合实际进行阐述,希望对设计院人力资源管理有一定的帮助。
For design institutes, the core resource is talent. It determines the competitiveness of Design Institute, relates to the sustainable development of Design Institute. Scientific human resource management helps the Institute to achieve its own development goals. However, many design institutes nowadays have many problems in human resource management, such as the imperfect system, the serious loss of talents and the unreasonable performance appraisal, which cause many loopholes in the management and use of talents. In view of this situation, this article elaborates with reality, hoping to have some help to the human resources management of the institute.
