目的研究肠粘膜机械性致损因子肠道内压力对肠道内内毒素转运的影响以及通里攻下中药对这一病理生理过程的防治作用.方法采用中药承气合剂预处理兔在体肠袢,肠腔内控制施压,以125ILPS为示踪剂,动态观察肠腔内毒素转运的规律.并分别取相应肠袢的肠系膜静脉血、浸泡肠管液及肠组织,测量125ILPS含量并观察组织学改变.结果肠组织损伤程度与肠内压及施压时间呈正比的量效关系.肠道内毒素入血峰值在05h~15h,入血量随压力的升高及施压时间的延长而增加.肠道内125ILPS肠外渗漏量与肠内压及施压时间呈正相关(r=09728,P<001).承气合剂预处理组125ILPS入血量及肠外渗漏量明显减少.结论肠内压力升高可致肠粘膜屏障损害并可造成肠腔内内毒素的转运,呈量效关系.通里攻下中药—承气合剂预处理可减轻肠粘膜的损伤,减少内毒素入血及肠外渗漏,具有明显的预防及治疗肠源性内毒素血症的效果
Objective To study the effects of mechanical damage factor of intestinal mucosa, intestinal pressure on endotoxin transport in intestine and the preventive and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine on this pathophysiological process. Methods The traditional Chinese medicine Chengqi Mixture pretreatment rabbits in the intestine, intestinal pressure control, with 125I LPS as tracer, dynamic observation of intestinal transit toxins in the law. And respectively take the corresponding mesenteric mesenteric venous blood, soaking intestinal fluid and intestinal tissue, measuring 125I LPS content and observe the histological changes. Results The degree of intestinal injury and intestinal pressure and pressure time is proportional to the dose-effect relationship. Intestinal endotoxin peak in 0 5h ~ 1 5h, the amount of blood pressure increases with pressure and increase the pressure of time. Bowel 125I LPS parenteral leakage and intestinal pressure and pressure time was positively correlated (r = 0.9728, P <0 01). Chengqi mixture pretreatment group 125I LPS into the blood volume and parenteral leakage was significantly reduced. Conclusions Increased intestinal pressure can cause damage to the intestinal mucosal barrier and can cause intestinal endotoxin transport, showing a dose-response relationship. Tongli attack Chinese medicine - Chengqi mixture pretreatment can reduce intestinal mucosal damage, reduce endotoxin into the blood and parenteral leakage, with significant prevention and treatment of intestinal endotoxemia effect
