按照电气装置安装工程施工及验收规范要求,钢管内壁应刷防腐漆。由于现场操作、工艺及客观条件的限制,要做到这一点往往比较困难。现介绍一种简便易行的操作方法。用角钢或钢管焊接成刷油操作架,可水平及倾斜搁置数层钢管,见图1。利用防腐漆在钢管内重力自流的原理,使钢管内壁涂上防腐漆。图中的细点划线是放置钢管的位置。将钢管搁在操作架最下层的A_1、B_1、C_1支架上,用透明半硬塑料管将
