利用单因素实验法对高速铣削Ti6Al4V过程中各切削要素对切削力的影响进行分析,切削力随着切削速度的增加先增大后减小,随着每齿进给量和切削深度的增加而增大;利用正交试验法对高速铣削Ti6Al4V进行粗糙度分析,得出每齿进给量对工件表面粗糙度的影响最大,其次分别是切削速度、径向切深和轴向切深。
The influence of cutting factors on cutting force during high speed milling Ti6Al4V was analyzed by single factor experiment. The cutting force first increased and then decreased with the increase of cutting speed. With the increase of feed rate and cutting depth The orthogonal test was used to analyze the roughness of Ti6Al4V in high speed milling. The results showed that the influence of feed rate per tooth on workpiece surface roughness was the greatest, followed by cutting speed, radial depth of cut and axial depth of cut.
