Editorial comrades: At present, some business days really bad, for many reasons. How to get out of trouble? Some units think of austerity. This is undoubtedly one of the effective measures. Although this contains some kind of passive factor. However, in practice, the practice of some business leaders has made people feel chilling. They actually cut the subscription numbers for next year’s books by more than half, and the liberal arts newspapers and magazines have almost been swept out on the ground that these newspapers and periodicals have no effective input. However, I believe that these humanities investment may not be effective within a short period of time, but eventually it will emerge. Practice has repeatedly proved that the competition in the market economy is actually a competition for qualified personnel. Such an approach is extremely detrimental to improving the cultural qualities of workers and personnel training.
