有关直肠癌的外科治疗,随着研究的进展越来越重视保护机体抗癌能力,手术对癌肿转移关系,局部淋巴结防御能力,免疫作用和保全机体功能等治疗方案,就其手术术式文献报道较多,这就给临床提出如何切实提高根治水平,科学地掌握各种手术指征,是临床工作中重要课题。对Miles 术式文献报告已有规范,这一期根据来稿内容讨论其他几种手术情况,以供争鸣。
With regard to the surgical treatment of rectal cancer, as the research progresses, more and more attention is paid to the protection of the body’s anti-cancer capacity, the relationship between surgery and cancer metastasis, local lymph node defense, immunity, and preservation of body functions.
