不少名贵杜鹃品种的繁殖,远远不能满足社会的需要。1984年开始,我们结合杂交育种工作,以西鹃杂交籽播种苗的上胚轴为试验材料,首次组培杜鹃成功,引起了国内外同行的注目。现有移栽成活的组培苗3000余株,首批组培苗已经开花,开花期提早1—2年。移栽群体中出现了少数稀有变异性状,如叶片光滑无茸毛的变异苗,部份植株变异性状稳定。1987年,在10个无性系品种杜鹃茎节培养中也获得成功(如图)。杜鹃组织培养的基本培养基为改
Many species of Rhododendron breeding, far from meeting the needs of society. Beginning in 1984, we combined with crossbreeding work, with the hypocotyls of seedling of Xjuan hybrid seed as experimental materials, the first successful cultivation of Rhododendron, aroused the attention of domestic and foreign counterparts. The existing transplanted tissue culture seedlings survived more than 3,000 strains, the first batch of tissue culture has flowering, flowering 1 to 2 years earlier. A few rare variation traits appeared in the transplanting population, such as the mutant seedlings with smooth and hairless leaves, and the stability of some plants was stable. In 1987, 10 clone clones of rhododendron were also successfully cultivated (Figure). Rhododendron tissue culture as a basic medium for change
