通过对河南石油勘探局下二门油田大孔道特征研究,认识到下二门油田存在大孔道特高渗透率条带,严重影响后续聚合物驱的效果。针对大孔道深度调剖的要求,研制出增强型调剖剂PABI,并通过实验确定其最佳体系配方为4000mg/LHPAM+5000mg/L增强剂A+5000mg/L交联剂B。在下二门油田进行现场调剖6口井,吸水剖面改善程度达613%,吸水指数平均下降532%;对应油井见效率达94%。截止到1997年5月17口油井已累积增油11836t,降水227023m3,有效防止了聚合物窜流
Through the study on the characteristics of macropores in Xiaermen Oilfield of Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau, it is recognized that there exists a large permeability ultrahigh permeability zone in Xiaermen oilfield, which will seriously affect the subsequent polymer flooding. According to the requirement of deep tunnel profile control, the enhanced profile control agent PABI was developed, and the optimum system formulation was 4000mg / LHPAM + 5000mg / L reinforcing agent A + 5000mg / L crosslinking agent B by experiments. In Xia Ermen field, 6 wells were profiled on site, the degree of water absorption profile improvement reached 613% and the water absorption index decreased by 532% on average; the corresponding efficiency of oil well reached 94%. As of May 1997, 17 oil wells have accumulated 11,836 tons of oil and 227023 m3 of precipitation, effectively preventing polymer channeling
