目的 探讨选择性环氧化酶-2抑制剂 Celecoxib(塞来昔布)对 C6 胶质瘤生长抑制的体内实验研究。方法 将成瘤小鼠分为对照组和治疗组,应用肿瘤 HE 染色法、肿瘤生长曲线、前列腺素 E2(PGE2)检测及电镜检查方法观察Celecoxib对小鼠移植瘤的作用。结果 HE染色和电镜可见治疗组血管破坏、细胞坏死和凋亡,PGE2检测及肿瘤生长曲线分析有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论 Celecoxib能够抑制COX-2活性,降低PGE2合成,Celecoxib对 C6 胶质瘤生长具有抑制作用,对胶质瘤的治疗有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of celecoxib (celecoxib), a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, on the growth of C6 glioma in vivo. Methods Tumor-bearing mice were divided into control group and treatment group. The effect of Celecoxib on the transplanted tumor was observed by HE staining, tumor growth curve, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) detection and electron microscopy. Results HE staining and electron microscopy showed that the vascular destruction, necrosis and apoptosis of the treated group, PGE2 detection and tumor growth curve analysis were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Celecoxib can inhibit the activity of COX-2 and reduce the synthesis of PGE2. Celecoxib has an inhibitory effect on the growth of C6 glioma, which is of great significance for the treatment of glioma.
