贮藏期玉米枯萎病细菌存活情况的研究表明,病菌存活期的长短与温湿度有密切关系,玉米在安全水分范围内,温度越高对病菌生存越不利,低温则有利于病菌较长期存活.贮藏过冬病菌存活期206—248天,过夏病菌只存活104—112天。当积温在2.000—3000日度,玉米含水量在安全水分范围内,贮藏期玉米枯萎病细菌达到无菌安全出库的各项指标为:低温期(8—15℃)200—250天,中低温期(15—20℃)150—200天,中高温期(20一25℃)100—150天,高温期(25℃以上)100天。
Studies on the survival of Fusarium oxysporum during storage showed that the survival of the bacteria was closely related to the temperature and humidity. In the safe moisture range, the higher the temperature, the less favorable the survival of the bacteria, and the lower the temperature was, the longer the survival of the bacteria would be. Overwintering germs 206-248 days of survival, the summer only survive 104-112 days bacteria. When the accumulated temperature is between 2000 and 3000 day, the moisture content of corn is within the range of safe moisture, and the indexes of germ-free and safe storage of corn bacterial wilt during storage period are as follows: low temperature period (8-15 ℃) 200-250 days, medium 150-200 days in low temperature (15-20 ℃), 100-150 days in high temperature (20-25 ℃) and 100 days in high temperature (25 ℃ or more).
