本文以研究健身健美训练对塑造女性形体美的影响为目的。方法:抽取30名年龄在18—30岁的女性进行健身健美训练,其中脂肪过剩者即肥胖者(15名)集中于永康健身房训练;另15名过瘦者集中于倩女健身房训练。两个月的训练期。分别进行训练前后两次体形测试。比较所得的指数。结果:发现训练对受试者体形的各方面均有不同程度的影响,其中永康健身房受试者体重、腰围有大幅度下降。结论:健身健美训练有利于塑造女性形体美。
This article aims to study the effect of bodybuilding and bodybuilding training on shaping the beauty of female body. Methods: Thirty 30-year-old women aged 18-30 were enrolled in the training of bodybuilding and body-building. Among them, 15 were concentrated in Yongkang Gymnasium for training those with excess fat, and 15 were over-lean. Two-month training period. Respectively, before and after training two body shape test. Compare the resulting index. Results: It was found that training had different effects on all aspects of the subject’s body shape. Among them, body weight and waist circumference of Yongkang Gymnasium decreased significantly. Conclusion: Fitness and bodybuilding training is conducive to shaping the female body beauty.
