某天然气净化厂原料气管道常年出现涂层起泡现象,不仅有碍管道美观,更影响着装置的安全运行,为了有效延缓管道表面腐蚀,探索管道表面涂层起泡原因,技术人员结合生产工艺对这一现象进行了剖析。通过涂料涂装试验,从涂料选择、表面预处理、涂装方式几个方面探讨了其对涂层质量的影响,试验效果表明,高水平的表面预处理质量与氟碳涂料组成的防腐蚀方案能很好地阻挡涂层起泡,为装置的平稳运行奠定了基础。
