1病例报告患者男,27岁。因左膝关节疼痛1年余就诊。患者左膝关节疼痛以上下楼为著,无明显外伤史,口服消炎镇痛药及外贴膏药后症状稍缓解。检查膝关节,局部无肿胀及压痛,过度伸展时疼痛显著。摄X线片,提示膝关节无明显异常,髁间窝无明显狭窄。MRI检查可见右膝前交叉韧带(ACL)粗大,呈典型“芹菜茎征”样改变(图1)。诊断为前交叉韧带黏液样变性(ACLMD)。病理检查结果回报:纤维组织局部基质黏液样 1 case report patient male, 27 years old.
