目的 :探讨胰岛素样生长因子 I( IGF-I)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1 ( IGFBP-1 ) ,在正常月经周期妇女体内变化以及和性激素的关系。方法 :分别用 EL ISA法和 RIA法 ,测定 3 4例正常月经周期妇女月经期 (周期第 3 d)、增生晚期 (周期第 1 3 d)、黄体期 (周期第 2 3 d)血清 IGF-I和IGFBP-1 ,以及雌二醇 ( E2 )和孕酮 ( P)浓度。结果 :IGF-I浓度在增生晚期 ( 1 1 4.9± 2 3 .1 ) μg/ L及黄体期 ( 1 2 6.6± 2 7.1 )μg/ L ,显著高于月经期 ( 1 0 4.1± 1 5 .4)μg/ L ,P均 <0 .0 5 ,而增生晚期和黄体期比较差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。IGFBP-1浓度在增生晚期 ( 4.5± 1 .8) μg/ L 显著高于黄体期( 2 .3± 0 .9) μg/ L 及月经期 ( 2 .5± 1 .1 ) μg/ L,P均 <0 .0 1 ,而黄体期和月经期比较差异无显著性( P>0 .0 5 )。相关性分析表明 ,增生晚期血清 IGF-I浓度与 E2 有显著相关性 ( r=0 .5 9,P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :血清 IGF-1和 IGFBP-1浓度在正常生育年龄妇女随着性激素改变而发生周期性变化
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of body weight and the relationship with sex hormones in women with normal menstrual cycle and insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP-1). Methods: Serum levels of IGF-1 and IGF-1 in 34 normal menstrual cycles were measured by ELISA and RIA at the third day of the menstrual cycle, in the late stage of hyperplasia (the first day of the cycle) and in the luteal phase (the second day of the cycle) I and IGFBP-1, as well as estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) concentrations. Results: The IGF-I levels were significantly higher in the late stage of hyperplasia (1 1 4.9 ± 2.1 3) μg / L and in the luteal phase (12.6 ± 6.61 ± 2) μg / L than in the menstrual period (1 0 4.1 ± 1 5). 4) μg / L, P <0.05, while there was no significant difference between late stage and luteal phase (P> 0.05). The level of IGFBP-1 in late stage of hyperplasia (4.5 ± 1.8 μg / L) was significantly higher than that in luteal phase (2.3 ± 0.9) μg / L and menstrual period (2.5 ± 1.1 μg / L) P <0. 01, while no significant difference between luteal phase and menstrual period (P> 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum IGF-I levels in late stage of hyperplasia were significantly correlated with E2 (r = 0.59, P <0.01). Conclusion: Serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-1 levels periodically change with the change of sex hormones in normal reproductive age women
