《石油地球物理勘探》是一份创刊于1966年、伴随着我国石油工业的飞速发展而迅速成长起来的优秀科技期刊。她于1992年、1997年蝉联全国优秀科技期刊一等奖;1999年荣获首届国家期刊奖;2001年进入中国期刊方阵,获“双高期刊”荣誉;2003年、2005年蝉联第二届和第三届国家期刊奖百种重点期刊;2008年获中国精品科技期刊。当前为美国工程引文索引(EI)收录的源刊。主要报道石油物探的新理论、新方法、新技术、新经验,范围涉及地震资料采集、处理、综合解释、非地震勘探、物探仪器及装备的研制等,为从事石油勘探及相关领域的广大科研和生产人员服务。
