黑龙江省制定对国有企业法定代表人加强经济责任审计监督的法规黑龙江省八届人大常委会第二十四次会议,于1996年11月3日审议通过了《黑龙江省国有企业法定代表人经济责任审计条例》,这部法规于1997年1月1日起正式施行。制定这部地方性法规,对于加强对国有企业法定代表人经济责任的审计监督,确保国有资产的保值、增值,防止国有资产的流失,预防经济犯罪都具有重要的意义。
Heilongjiang Province formulates laws and regulations on auditing and supervising economic responsibility of the legal representative of state-owned enterprises Heilongjiang Province, the twenty-fourth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People’s Congress, examined and approved the “Economic Responsibility of the Legal Representative of State-owned Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province on November 3, 1996 Audit Ordinance ”, this law came into effect on January 1, 1997. The enactment of this local statute is of great significance to strengthening auditing and supervision of the economic responsibility of the legal representative of state-owned enterprises, ensuring the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets, preventing the loss of state assets and preventing economic crimes.
