室内装饰施工是建筑主体施工的后续工作,是提升建筑价值的重要工作。本文从前期筹备准备、过程中管理控制以及竣工验收三个方面对室内装饰装修的施工管理进行总结,旨在提升室内装饰施工管理水平。
Interior decoration construction is the follow-up construction of the main construction work is to enhance the value of the construction of an important job. This article summarizes the construction management of interior decoration from three aspects: preparation preparation, management control in process and final acceptance, aiming to improve the management level of interior decoration construction.
