随着冠心病患者的增多,介入性诊断和治疗日益增多,介入操作所需要使用的造影剂可能会引起急性肾功能不全,住院天数延长,甚至死亡.通常使用茶碱、速尿、小剂量多巴胺、钙离子拮抗剂、心房利钠多肽等药物治疗肾损害,但疗效欠佳.近来发现乙酰半胱氨酸和非诺多泮能减轻造影剂引起的肾毒性.
