活塞销的外圆精度要求较高（外圆尺寸公差一般为0.01mm,圆柱度误差为0.0025mm）,为保证质量,我厂的生产工艺要求在精磨后对活塞销外圆进行全检,因此在产量较大时,如何快速准确地进行检测是一个颇为辣手的问题。 开始时,我厂曾采用外径千分尺检查,但效率低、精度不高,为此,特设计制造出活塞销三表外圆检验器（见图1、2）,一次可准确测定三点尺寸,工作效率大为提高。 一、千分表的选用 单从提高测量精度方面考虑,可采用扭簧比较仪,这是不少厂家的选择。然而扭簧比较仪的测头外形较大,同时,从检具结构上考虑,难以实现多点测量的意图,故此采用了千分表作指示器。
