一、前言春季种植玉米,夏季在玉米地套种黄豆,一年两熟,简称“玉豆两熟”。“玉豆两熟”在都安县有悠久的栽培历史。1949年全县“玉豆两熟”的面积为11.4万亩,黄豆总产660万斤;1957年发展到12.1万亩,黄豆总产807.8万斤。1957年以后,受左的指导思想的影响,特别是“文革”期间,片面强调以粮为纲,忽视多种经营,“玉豆两熟”受到挤压。因此种植面积明显下降,1975年面积仅为4.3万亩,比1957年减少7.8万亩.

In 1949 the county “jade beans cooked” an area of 114000 acres, 6600000 kg of total output of soybeans; 1957 to 121000 acres, soybean production 8.078 million kg. After 1957, under the influence of the left guiding ideology, especially during the “Cultural Revolution,” one-sided emphasis on food as the key link, neglecting diversified operations and squeezing “two jades of beans and beans”. As a result, the area under cultivation dropped significantly, only covering an area of 43,000 mu in 1975 and 78,000 mu less than in 1957.
