科技界有过一种普遍的现象:发表科学论文时几乎全署真名,发表科普文章时常常署笔名。这大概是怕写科普文章会有失身份。这使我想起《爱丽思漫游奇境记》的作者牛津大学数学教授查理的故事。当查理的朋友要把他给孩子编撰的这些故事出版时,查理说:“牛津大学教授写这荒诞的东西吗?你要我丧失教授的尊严?!”于是就随便署了个笔名在书上。事实证明,传诸后世的不是查理
There is a common phenomenon in science and technology circles: almost all the real names of scientific papers are published in scientific papers, and pseudonyms are often used when publishing popular science articles. This is probably afraid of writing popular science articles will lose the identity. This reminds me of the story of Charles Charlie, a professor of mathematics at Oxford University, author of Alice in Wonderland. When Charlie’s friend wanted to publish the stories he had compiled for his children, Charlie said: “Did Oxford professors write this absurd thing?
