目的:观察清热化湿、健脾理气方治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果.方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组使用清热化湿、健脾理气方治疗,对照组使用美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、费用及复发率.结果:治疗组临床有效率、症状改善及内镜下粘膜愈合与对照组相仿,均能较好的治疗溃疡性结肠炎,治疗组在治疗费用及复发率方面由于对照组.结论:清热化湿、健脾理气方治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,且可减少费用,预防复发.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Qingre Huashi Jiangpi Liqi Recipe in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:60cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into 2groups,the treatment group was treated with Qingre Huashi Jiangpi Liqi Recipe,the controlled group used Salad Sustained-release Granules for treatment,were compared between the two groups of treatment effect,cost and recurrence rate.Results:In the treatment group,the clinical efficacy,improvement of symptoms and endoscopic mucosal healing were similar to that of the controlled group.The treatment group was better in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,tletreatment group was treated with the cost and the recurrence rate due to the controlled group.Conclusion:It has definite effect of using Qingre Huashi Jiangpi Liqi Recipe in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,and can reduce the cost of prevention of recurrence.
