实验对象为正常健康人104名,按年龄分为6组,男女各半。用国产Jy-1型激光衍射仪测定肘静脉血的红细胞可变形性,流体切应力分别为54dyn/cm~2、166dyn/cm~2和309dyn/cm~2。结果表明,16~39岁三个年龄组在相应切应力使用下的红细胞长轴比较接近,20~29岁组分别为13.04±0.67、15.35±0.67和17.50±0.77
The subjects were 104 normal healthy people, divided into 6 groups by age, half male and half female. The deformability of erythrocytes in elbow venous blood was measured by domestic Jy-1 laser diffractometer. The fluid shear stress was 54dyn / cm ~ 2,166dyn / cm ~ 2 and 309dyn / cm ~ 2, respectively. The results showed that the long axis of erythrocytes in the three age groups of 16-39 years under the corresponding shear stress was relatively close to 13.04 ± 0.67,15.35 ± 0.67 and 17.50 ± 0.77
