目的:全面了解各使用环节黄芩药材及饮片的质量状况,为监管提出合理建议。方法:对196批全国抽样的黄芩样品,分别选择UPLC测多种黄酮类成分含量、二氧化硫残留量测定、黄橙色染料筛查等三个方面进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果:196批黄芩样品中,14批黄芩药材全部合格,合格率达100%;182批黄芩饮片,74批不合格,合格率仅59%,主要不合格项目为二氧化硫残留量。结论:黄芩药材总体质量较好,黄芩饮片质量主要问题体现在炮制加工环节硫黄过度熏蒸,提示监管部门监管重点在加工炮制环节。
OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively understand the quality status of Radix Scutellariae medicinal herbs and Pieces in various aspects of use and to make reasonable suggestions for supervision. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six batches of Scutellaria baicalensis were sampled from China. UPLC was used to determine the contents of several flavonoids, sulfur dioxide residues and yellow-orange dyes, and the results were analyzed. Results: Among the batch of 196 batches of Scutellaria baicalensis, 14 batches of Scutellaria baicalensis were all qualified with a pass rate of 100%. 182 batch batches of Scutellaria baicalensis were not qualified and the passing rate was only 59%. The main unqualified items were sulfur dioxide residues. Conclusion: The overall quality of Radix Scutellariae is good, and the main problems of Radix Scutellariae quality are reflected in the excessive fumigation of sulfur in the processing and processing sectors, prompting the supervision of the regulatory authorities to focus on processing and processing.
