针对城市发展带来生存环境恶化的问题 ,这篇文章提出十一种新建城市规划建设模式 ,其主要意图在于改“单中心规划”为“多中心规划” ,并将城市绿化、美化用地及其建设 ,以及人工蓄水工程等规划作为城市总体规划的一个重要组成部分 ,使我国中小城市建设和大城市改造步入一个新阶段。
In response to the deterioration of living environment caused by urban development, this article proposes eleven kinds of new urban planning and construction modes with the main intention of changing “single-center planning” to “multi-center planning” and integrating urban greening and landscaping Construction and artificial water storage project planning as an important part of the overall urban planning so that the construction of small cities in our country and the transformation of large cities into a new stage.
