大跨度连续梁悬浇施工预拱度的设计往往与实测下挠度有较大出入。为了使设计预拱与实际挠度尽可能接近,通过宜城大桥的实践,对预拱计算进行了一些探索,对梁桥悬浇施工中设置预拱度的问题提出了新的补充建议,即考虑挂篮产生的永存弹性上翘和徐变下挠等。施工实践结果表明,计算挠度与实测大体相符。说明采用的计算方法是可行的。为了控制好桥面设计标高,还需施工方面的密切配合,对桥面标商进行及时监测和调整是很必要的。
The design of pre-camber of long-span continuous cantilever pouring construction often has a big discrepancy with the measured deflection. In order to make the design pre-arch and the actual deflection as close as possible, through the practice of Yicheng Bridge, the exploration of pre-arch is carried out and some new supplementary suggestions are put forward to set the pre-camber in the construction of beam- Hanging basket permanent resilience upturned and creep down and so on. The results of construction practice show that the calculated deflection is basically in line with the actual measurement. Explain the method of calculation is feasible.
