选用铝矾土耐火熟料和铬矿粉作为复合耐火骨料,以酚醛树脂和硅溶胶作为复合粘结剂,钠基膨润土和粉状羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)作为复合悬浮剂,通过正交试验确定消失模铸钢水基涂料的最佳配比,即钠基膨润土含量5%,粉状羧甲基纤维素钠0.5%,酚醛树脂2%,硅溶胶含量5%,并进行生产验证。结果表明,该涂料具有良好的工艺性能,解决了现有涂料在使用过程中存在的粘砂,气孔等问题,能够很好地满足实际生产需要,且成本低廉。
Bauxite refractory clinker and chrome ore powder were selected as the composite fire-resistant aggregate, phenolic resin and silica sol as composite binder, sodium bentonite and powdered sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as the composite suspension agent Orthogonal test to determine the best ratio of the lost foam steel water-based coating, sodium bentonite content of 5%, powdered sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5%, 2% phenolic resin, silica sol content of 5%, and production verification. The results show that the coating has good processability and solves the problems of sticky sand and pores existing in the existing coatings, and can well meet the actual production needs with low cost.
