自1921年Einthoven描述心电图的U波以来,U波的起源和意义至今仍未明了。在外表健康的成年男性中,体表心电图的U 波直立并与前面的T 波具有同样极性者占80%。通常,U 波在V_2及V_3导联最高,其平均高度是0.33mm,或为最高T 波的11%。迄今为止,大多数学者还认为,直立U 波是心室快速充盈扩张所产生的后电位。但越来越多的证据表明,U 波代表着心室浦氏纤维的复极电位。显然,体表心电图的Q-U 间期与浦肯野系统的动作电位间期非常吻合。
Since Einthoven described the U wave of electrocardiogram in 1921, the origin and significance of U wave has not yet been elucidated. Among healthy adult men, the U wave of the body surface electrocardiogram is upright and occupies 80% of the same polarity as the T wave in front. Normally, the U-wave has the highest lead at V_2 and V_3, with an average height of 0.33mm, or 11% of the maximum T-wave. So far, most scholars also believe that upright U wave is produced by rapid filling and expansion of the ventricular posterior potential. However, a growing body of evidence suggests that the U wave represents the repolarization potential of the ventricular fibula. Obviously, the surface electrocardiogram Q-U interval and Purkinje system action potential period is very consistent.
