核电常规岛工作原理与火电项目类似,但两者设计情况和质量管理、安全管理、建设工期等方面的差异,导致核电常规岛项目施工管理成本远高于火电项目。对核电常规岛项目与火电项目在设计和质量、安全、工期等方面的差异引起核电常规岛施工较高的管理投入进行分析,发现管理费和安全措施费用增加比例最高,以供同业参考。
The working principle of the conventional nuclear island is similar to that of the thermal power project, but the differences in the design conditions, quality management, safety management and construction period of the two projects lead to that the construction management cost of the conventional nuclear island project is much higher than that of the thermal power project. The differences of design and quality, safety and construction period of conventional nuclear island project and thermal power project from nuclear power caused the high management investment of conventional nuclear island construction. It was found that the proportion of management fee and safety measure cost increased the highest for the reference of the same trade.
