本专利介绍了一种自调式低温G—M循环制冷机。该机在排出器与制冷剂流动的新颖控制方法颇具特色。排出器及与阀门配合作用的可动滑阀,用来控制制冷剂进、出工作腔的流动,从而不用电机驱动。该工作腔的容积随排出器的运动而改变。本发明讨论了在很低温度下(110~14K)制冷时所使用的改进方法及其设备。
This patent describes a self-regulating cryogenic G-M circulating refrigerator. The machine is unique in its innovative control of the flow of displacer and refrigerant. The ejector and the movable slide valve cooperating with the valve are used to control the flow of the refrigerant into and out of the working chamber so as not to be driven by the motor. The volume of the working chamber changes with the movement of the ejector. The present invention discusses an improved method and apparatus for cooling at very low temperatures (110-14K).
